I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message and they got back to me quickly. To be fair, I don’t expect instant replies, but it was nice that they answered the actual question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response.

The person I dealt with was friendly and handled everything without turning it into a big drama. I also appreciated getting clear updates along the way, which made the whole thing feel straightforward.

The box was packed really well, which put me in a good mood when it arrived. There was just one small dent on the corner, so not perfect, but nothing that bothered me too much. Overall, I’m happy enough with it.

I thought this might be one of those products they make sound tougher than it really is just to get you to buy it, but it’s still holding up great. I’ve used it a lot and it hasn’t shown much wear at all. Definitely feels like it’s built to last.

TWL has a solid range of workwear and safety gear, and it was easy to find most of what I needed without running around too much. A couple of sizes were out, which was a bit annoying, but that happens. Pretty disappointed, I pre ordered some shoes months ago only to be told (after waiting past the expected date and contacting them multiple times) I wouldn’t be receiving them as they didn’t have enough stock. I said I was happy to wait until next year for the next order whenever that’s may be, as I really just wanted the shoes and wasn’t fussed about the money. They straight up said no, it’s a credit or refund. One would think the company filling orders already paid for would be the right thing to do but I guess not.
